-We do not condone any illegal activity on our rental boats and an extra charge may be applied if such an activity is reported to or seen by our staff.
-There will be a $40 cleaning charge if the boat is returned in a worse condition then at the start of the rental.
-Any damage to Faloma Beach Marina property will be fully charged to the liable individual using our services.
- A half rental cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. Full rental fees will be charged to no-shows. No fee will be charged for cancellations due to wind over 25 km/h or rain storms.
-Drug and Alchol consumption is strictly prohibited on any of the watercrafts and will be reported.
